Urgent Care Clinic International is a walk-in emergency medical clinic in Singapore, dedicated to treating minor injuries and illnesses without the need for a hospital emergency department visit. Conveniently located next to Farrer Park MRT, our Specialist Emergency Physicians and Nurses deliver prompt, professional care—minimizing the wait times typically experienced in hospitals.

Dr. Cheah Si Oon is a Specialist in Emergency Medicine with over 15 years of experience. She graduated from the National University of Singapore and completed her specialist training at Singapore General Hospital. Before founding her urgent care centre, she served as a Consultant at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital from 2014 to 2020.
Her interests include pre-hospital emergency care, paramedic education, and sports safety. She has contributed to national guidelines on sports and water safety, researched sports-related cardiac arrest, and led the recent review of Singapore’s Sports Concussion Guidelines.
Dr. Cheah is Singapore’s Chief Instructor for Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and is known for her empathetic, patient-centered care. She is multilingual and often provides home-based medical support.

Dr. Joanne Probert is a British-trained doctor with over 25 years of clinical experience in Adult and Paediatric Emergency Medicine. She relocated to Singapore in 2013 and joined UCC International in 2023
She has a special interest in Holistic and Integrative Medicine, with a focus on Women’s Health, gut, and metabolic care. Dr. Probert is a member of the Singapore Society of Lifestyle Medicine and is accredited in menopause care by the International Menopause Society.
With a diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine, she has extensive experience in managing emergencies and sports injuries. She is also an active educator, teaching ACLS, ATLS, and international courses in sports care.
Outside of work, she enjoys nature, Pilates, cooking and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Can I bring my baby to seek Medical Attention at Urgent Care Clinic International?
Here at Urgent Care Clinic International, we treat babies from newborns to adults and elderly patients. Serving as an alternative to the A&E, our Specialist Emergency Physicians are experienced in treating patients of all ages and their various concerns.
Do I Have to Make an Appointment Before Visiting Urgent Care Clinic International?
You can make an appointment with us by either calling 69105388 or through WhatsApp 88505133 or WeChat. Alternatively, walk-in to our clinic during our operating hours.
Is there a link for appointment booking without the need to call?
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we do get a lot of inappropriate bookings from people who do not show up via the auto-booking link. This prevents patients with urgent medical issues from being seen. If you do not have the time to call us, you may send us a WhatsApp/WeChat to arrange for an appointment.
How Do I Get to Urgent Care Clinic International?
We are located at 181 Kitchener Road, #01-01 Novotel Singapore on Kitchener, Singapore 208533. You may enter from Novotel lobby and take the lift to the 1st floor. Alternatively you may enter from the 2 side entrances on the 1st floor.
Where should I park my car if I were to go to your Clinic?
You may park your car in the hotel car park at level 4-5. Alternatively there is also a car park at City Square Mall across the street.
How Long is the Waiting Time to See the Doctor?
Normally, our doctors will be able to attend to you within 30 minutes. However, as we accept walk-in patients without appointments, our waiting time may extend a little. Do call us to check so we can prioritise your care and keep your waiting time short.
What Are the Charges at Urgent Care Clinic International?
Our Consultation fees are similar to the Public A&E and private Urgent Care Clinics. For more information about our pricing, please call our clinic.
Is Urgent Care Clinic International a 24-hour clinic?
Our clinic hours are currently 8:30am to 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, 8:30AM-2PM on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. For special cases we can arrange for Specialist House Visits given sufficient lead time.
Can I Get a Specialist Doctor to Come to My House and What Are the Charges?
Yes, we can arrange for Specialist House Visits. To schedule a House Visit, please call our clinic for further information and pre-registration. There will be a standard charge for the House Visit, and additional charges will apply for tests and treatment provided.
Can I Use Medisave to Pay for My treatment?
At Urgent Care Clinic International, most treatment for accidental injuries are claimable through your Personal Accident Insurance with Medical Reimbursement plan. Additionally, certain procedures are Medisave claimable. To get a clearer understanding of the procedures covered by your insurance, do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Will My Insurance Cover the Charges?
Most injury related conditions can be claimed via your Personal Accident Insurance with Medical Reimbursement plan. Insurance plans with outpatient benefits will be applicable. If you are a tourist with travel insurance, we will provide you with a memo for submission to your insurer for your medical claims.
What Will Happen if I Need Admission After Seeing the Doctor in Your Clinic?
After assessment and treatment in our clinic, if admission to the hospital is required, we can assist to arrange for medical transport to bring you to the hospital according to your preference.

I arrived in Singapore on 17th Oct morning and in the night my 5 year old son got sick. We consulted the hotel and they suggested us to visit Urgent care clinic international. The doctor and the staff were very efficient! They attended my son with utmost care and prescribed us the medicine with which my son recovered in 2 days. They also told us to enjoy our vacation since we had already bought all tickets - the only thing to taken care of is to keep him hydrated to beat the heat. Such positive vibes we received from their end which made us relax and we could continue with our itinerary. We are really thankful to the doctor and the staff for making us feel home.
